We went to Camp Letts in Edgewater, Maryland. We had a great time. The weather was perfect. We started out about 8:00 a.m. When we got to the campgrounds, the first activity the young men participated in was canoeing. Many had never experienced this, so it was definitely a treat. After that the young men rode on the banana boat, which is a boat that seats 8 and is pulled by a speedboat. After that lunch was served. Everyone got to eat as much as they wanted. The next activity was a team building exercise which showed a lot about the young men. The mentors got to see the leaders of the groups stand out and they all worked together to achieve a common goal. It was great. They then did high ropes which was challenging and to wrap up the day, everyone went swimming. The trip was excellent.
